Shipping

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. All shipping and handling are included in all product prices. You will receive tracking information once the item ships and all packages are shipped through USPS except for large pieces of art.

Returns

Damaged Item: Bummer! Please let us know within a week of receiving your order if it arrived damaged. Photos of the shipping box and the broken item is greatly appreciated so we can get it replaced.

Unhappy w/ the Product: You will have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note you will have to pay for the return shipping of the item and receive store credit if the product is approved. So please keep tags on the product and keep it clean so it can be resold... mahalo!
