This raffia, woven basket is approximately 12" in diameter and woven by Amsha's artisans in Gitarama, Rwanda. The raffia is hand-dyed and woven around sweetgrass to make these beautiful works of art. Each Rwandan basket comes with a string attached to the back so that you can hang it on the wall. In addition to wall art they also make a beautiful table display. You can combine them with other baskets or works of art to make a feature wall collage.
