Meet the makers
This lovely lady is the wife of our soapstone carver. David carves our shaka ring holders and his wife adds her touch by making them all smooth. Isn’t she stunning!? We are so happy that by their own working hands they have been able to put their son in University. A few years ago we were lucky enough to hike to their home just outside a village known for carving soapstone. It was a magical experience finally reaching their home surrounded by tea bushes. We are so thankful for partnerships and journeys with lovely people like David and his wife!
